Kaltis® Support
All Kaltis® products come with a limited warranty, commencing from the date of installation at the end user site.
Our limited warranty covers defects in materials. Kaltis's liability under this limited warranty shall be, at our option, to repair or replace any defective parts of the equipment, provided, if proven to the satisfaction of Kaltis, that these parts were defective at the time of shipment, and that all defective parts shall be returned, properly identified with a Return Authorization.
A return authorization number must be obtained from Kaltis® prior to returning any product or parts to Kaltis® for warranty claim purposes. This can be obtained from your local distributor, or, by email from .
The completed warranty card must be returned to your local distributor, or to Kaltis®, within 3 weeks from installation of the freezer. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty.
This warranty is transferable and extends to any subsequent owner during the warranty period. This warranty covers parts and insurance charges but excludes labour/travel costs associated with the replacement of faulty parts, or the re-installation of replacement products. Replacement or repair of component parts or equipment under this warranty shall not extend the warranty to either the equipment, or to the component parts, beyond the original warranty period as detailed below.

Factory installed, customer specified equipment or accessories, are warranted only to the extent guaranteed by the original manufacturer. All users must register their equipment online at http://www.kaltis.com/Warranty-form.shtml or, complete the warranty registration form included with each product and fax to +886 (0)2 22475519.
ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE TERM OF THIS WARRANTY. NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED.
KALTIS DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS WARRANTY OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, OR FOR LOST WORK OR LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF PRODUCTS. KALTIS' LIABILITY WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM. THIS IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR WHICH KALTISR IS RESPONSIBLE.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of TAIWAN and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of TAIWAN.
