FRANCE: PRODUCT WARRANTY CLAIMS

Due to the closure of our distributor, ATGC, we wish to advise all our customers of the procedure that should be followed in case of a product failure and subsequent warranty claim.

  1. Establish that the fault is due to a mechanical or component electrical failure and not to an unrelated cause such as a power outage.
  2. Download the Fault reporting form from our web site (fault report form). Complete this is as much detail as possible and return it to , Make certain that you include your contact details.
  3. We will try to diagnose the problem, following which any relevant spare parts will be shipped to you.
  4. Should this become necessary, you should contact a local, qualified service organization, or Kaltis Europe (), for the replacement of some components.
